  • Guests must comply with house rules, local laws, and occupancy limits.

  • Payment terms are specified at booking and are due as agreed.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation policies are outlined at the time of booking.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will follow the stated cancellation policy.

3. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests agree to maintain the property in good condition.

  • Any damage, excessive cleaning, or violations of house rules may result in additional charges.

  • Guests are responsible for securing their belongings during their stay.

4. Limitation of Liability

MTR Solutions is not liable for accidents, injuries, loss, or theft that occur during a guest’s stay, except where required by law.

5. Use of Website

  • The website may not be used for unlawful purposes.

  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the site at any time.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.

7. Contact Us

Opt-Out & Support Mechanisms

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the 706-640-3984. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at contact@mtrpropertysolutions.com

Carrier Liability Clause

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message Frequency Clause

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Age requirement:

By accessing or using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. Our services are intended solely for individuals who are 18 years or older.

SMS use case:

This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have booked an appointment with MTR Solutions LLC through our website at www.mtr-solution-llc.com, or via our scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.
